Delivery

Shipping & handling:

Due to the high value of our items, we use a trusted trackable courier service for delivery within USA and internationally (UPS).

Allow 1-3 weeks to prepare your order for shipment. Most items go in the production at the time of the order (or following an in-person or online fitting). We try to accommodate rush orders whenever possible. Contact ab@abscreenwear.com to confirm we can make your deadline.

Returns:

Our policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ab@abscreenwear.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Lastly,

shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be covering shipping costs in case or return or exchange.

Given value of our items, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service (UPS) for returns and exchanges and email us a tracking number when you complete the shipment.
